THE SHIKARI - Morgan Koens Design 

In Hindi, the word Shikari refers to a hunter. The Kansept Shikari would make an ideal hunting knife.

It's also an excellent EDC knife, with its large 4 inch blade, deep belly, and premium steel make this the perfect tool for every day use.

Kansept Shikari

This is an ideal big and elegant knife for someone with large hands, and, even though I have medium sized hands (and it is nearly too big for me), it’s a keeper.

As usual, Kansept’s build quality is excellent. The fit and finish of the scales and around the bolster lock is superb. How Kansept build knives this well at this price is beyond me.

It is lovely to have a big knife with well shaped and positioned thumb studs, no flipper tab to get in the way while cutting things, and a bolster lock that makes the knife easy to open and hold.

Interestingly, the Shikari sort of appears old-school and new-school at the same time, which makes it even more appealing.
