The following is for the benefit of Australian buyers in regards to current Australian Border Force Regulations that apply to the EXO.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DOUBLE EDGE MODELS ARE NOT LEGAL IN VIC, SA & ACT. IF YOU ORDER ONE FROM THOSE STATES WE TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY.

1. Our Constitution says that where there's a direct conflict between Federal and State laws on the same subject, then Federal laws override State laws. 

2. All single handed opening knives including gravity knives were made legal to import by Australian Border Force Federal Regulations in 2015. 

3. This overrides ALL States that have any laws that conflict with that.

The controls on single-handed opening knives and parts for single-handed opening knives have been
removed (Items 16 and 17 of Schedule 13).
o This allows importers to import single-handed opening knives that can be opened by gravity, inertia or centrifugal force. These knives have many lawful uses, including for use in outdoor recreational
activities such as camping, mountaineering and hiking.

1. A lock side to lock the handle with the blade open or closed. 

2. A shorter length than the original EXO making it more EDC friendly.

3. A titanium pocket clip.
